The Lead Professional and Owner has always had an interest in holistic therapies.  Her interest first started off by reading and researching into holistic therapies, then undertaking holistic therapies herself and ,finally, deciding to turn her hobby and interest into a profession. She first started offering holistic therapies to friends and family and had such good feedback that she decided to train professionally and offer her services to others.  

Mainly trained at the Cotswolds Academy of Health and Beauty in Gloucester where she achieved ITEC diplomas in  Massage and Reflexology. She has also certificates in Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Deep Tissue Trigger Point Massage, Myofascial Cupping Therapy. She has also received Reiki I, II, Advanced, Master & Reiki with crystals certificates.  She started her training at New College for Reiki and then continued intensively with private tuition from a Reiki expert in North Swindon.

She believes in the 5 elements and meridians from the ancient teachings and wisdom of the Chinese.  She also believes in the Ayurveda system of natural healing that comes from the Vedic culture of India. She believes that by massaging the body it is possible to remove any stagnant, blocked energy.  A Holistic massage can help to therefore unblock and circulate energy which results in the re-alignment and balance of the physical body, mind and soul.

Both male and female therapists are available and 4 hand massage is offered with male and female therapist conducting the treatment.
